Adult Blogger: PANTIESANDFANNIES PANTIES AND FANNIES was now time to bring Hope into the picture. She was not thrilled and in fact was about to rebel when mom pointed out her non-participation was not an option and Aunty Ella bribed her with the promise of a dance party or two by the poolside if she performed her assigned task with good grace and at least a semblance of enthusiasm. She succumbed and did her part admirably. First she and Matt did the slow dances so that they could learn how each reacted to the music. Finally Hope brought some CD's down from her room and began to teach her brother the more modern songs, steps, and routines.
When they were satisfied that Matt could dance reasonably well they put the next part of their plan into gear. Ella had talked it over with Bertie and he'd agreed to invite his relatives and their kids over for BBQ's on the weekends.
While Bertie did the honors as cook, the young nieces and nephews were encouraged to dance. The nieces had been disappointed at Ella's wedding when Matt had not danced with them as they one and all had considered him to be a hunk.
Matt was now encouraged to dance with females he barely knew. The rejection factor had been reduced to a minimum by the plan put into effect by the two sisters and Matt did seem to be much more at ease with the female of the species then he had been prior to the dance lessons. He even ended up dancing with some of the mothers.
